Fixed Price Model

We often get to talk to and work with industry leaders, who are already aware of what they need or what they want from an external team like Kissagi. In these cases, project scopes are usually well-trimmed and defined already.

The fixed price model comes into the picture when there’s a small to a mid-sized project is in the works or requires urgent attention.

Time and Material Model

Time and Material is an engagement model where the customer is billed only for the time and resources spent on the project. In this engagement model, we offer our customers project discoveries, proof of concepts and bug fixing services.

For Salesforce system integrators and agencies, this is one of the most common choices of engagement practice. At Kissagi, we have extensive experience in lending a helping hand to our SI customers, who often leverage our expertise and resources under the T&M model.

Dedicated (white label) Model

The demand for a dedicated (white label) model is always on the rise. Under this engagement model, Kissagi team has been able to provide top-notch resources (PM, Architects, Senior Developers, Business Analysts, Administrators etc.) to all our customers.  

One of the main highlights of this engagement model is that each team or resource is assigned to one customer. The customer also gains full control over the team/resources, and how they would like them to report or work under their umbrella org. Not to mention the added benefits including but not limited to predictable budget etc.
