What do you mean by dev hours?

Dev hours means the actual hours the developer or resource has worked in a calendar month. That also includes all the interactions, daily/weekly communication.

What is the engagement model?

Primary engagement model under the managed support bracket is the subscription model. Delivery methodology is a cross between nearshore and offshore. Based on customer’s requirement that can be changed or discussed upon.

We already have a PM tool – do we still need an additional tool?

No. If your team is already well versed with a PM tool for project management. That’s perfectly fine with us. Our teams are more than comfortable with most of the commonly used PM tools in the market.

We are not sure if managed support would be a good option for us?

What currencies do you support?

We prefer USD (US dollars) in terms of primary currency. However, we are comfortable with raising invoices and bills in the following other currencies: INR, EUR, GBP, AED and AUD.

Do you also provide on-site resources?

Yes. Depending on the nature of project and requirements, we are more than capable of making the resource available on-site. Per-diem rates, travel expenses and other approvals are needs to be in place. Contact us to talk in detail.
